Release and Recharge.
We will start the session with some uplifting and soothing chanting. Using our voice and chanting these ancient and sacred mantras brings us home, connects us with our hearts and give us an opportunity to clear our minds.You can keep your camera off and move your body as you chant, or sit comfortably, as you like.
We will then move into Yoga Nidra. Yoga nidra is the Yogic sleep which leads you into a state of conscious deep rest where the body can then replenish itself. Its deeply nourishing and an easeful route into a deep place of meditation.Lying down under blankets. Lovely!! Its the perfect antidote to these unusual and challenging times we are in. Then you can slope off to bed for sweet dreams.
Suggested donation is £10. If you would like to join but are unable to pay the full amount because of financial challenges you are welcome too. Just get in touch. If you wish to donate more, you are welcome to, in this way those of us who aren't so affected financially can support those of us who are.
