Yoga Nidra

This is a Community Session on Zoom. So pay what you feel/what you can. Have it as a gift from me if you need a gift. Many of us, my family included, have been financially challenged over this last year. I want people to benefit from these practices that I share. So I offer sessions on a donation basis. If you can donate, it can support those of us that can't. Suggested donation £3-£10

Yoga Nidra is the yogic sleep. It’s practised lying down under blankets, you are led into a state of conscious deep rest where the body can then replenish itself.

It’s my favourite Yoga practice (alongside soulful chanting) and it often feels like a easeful route into a deep state of Meditation. I feel it’s the perfect antidote to the busy stressful lives we lead.

It’s a very nourishing and ancient meditation practice with many benefits including, better sleep, feeling less stressed and having more vitality and energy.

Research has shown Yoga Nidra to have helped people suffering with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma and chronic fatigue. I practised Yoga Nidra daily while I was suffering from chronic fatigue and it helped me tremendously.

During this session I will use instruments and my voice to lead you into the magical place of Yoga Nidra.

You can use Headphones or external speakers for the best sound, although it works fine through your computer or phone
